  OMST serves as the transfer agent and registrar for corporations that have publicly issued stock. We transfer the ownership of stock from one registration to another. We keep shareholder records for our clients and use the records to pay dividends and issue proxies. Other services include, recording and archiving certificate replacements as a result of lost or non-received stock certificates.

  As Registrar, we maintain the record of total shares outstanding to make certain that no shares are issued in excess of the number of authorized shares.
